The Patriot Escape Scavenger Hunt is a Private Self-Paced Scavenger Hunt in Historic Charleston.
There is a time limit on your escape so this scavenger hunt is also like an outdoor escape room!
What you will do
Good luck Patriots as you embark on this historic one of a kind adventure in Charleston!
Guests will start at The South Carolina Historical Society museum, pictured below.
At the museum, you will be given a packet with instructions & clues. As American Patriots during the Revolution, you will be looking for items to help you escape town!
This is our newest scavenger hunt and once again designed by two historians and vetted by the director of the Powder Magazine. Bigger, better, and even more history than The Great Pirate Escape.
This self-guided experience is for avid historians and experienced scavenger hunters.

How Long Does The Scavenger Hunt Take? - The Average Time is 90-120 minutes
Tour Days - 5 Days Per Week (Tuesday - Saturday)
Start Time: Anytime between 10:15 am-1:45 pm

Price: $15 - The Price includes entry to The Fireproof Building & South Carolina Historical Society Museum for the day. The museum dates back to 1826

This experience covers about a mile and a half of the most historic district in Charleston. The scavenger hunt is based on the very real people and historical events that happened in Charleston during the American Revolution.
Finish the experience in the recommended time and you will have escaped a terrible fate as a prisoner of The British!
