The Pirate Escape Scavenger Hunt

A Pirate Themed Scavenger Hunt That Includes Free Admission To The Powder Magazine Museum

The Pirate Escape Scavenger Hunt is a Private Self-Paced Scavenger Hunt in Historic Charleston

This Scavenger Hunt is great for kids & adults as it takes you back in time to the Golden Age of Piracy along the Carolina Coastline.

What you will do

In 1718 there was a very real pirate siege that occurred in Charles Towne, South Carolina.

Guests will start at the oldest public building in South Carolina, The Powder Magazine. By booking this experience you get FREE entry into the museum.

At the museum, you will be given a packet with instructions. As pirates, you will be scavenging & looking for items to help you escape town!

Historical accuracy was paramount in the sites selected as part of the experience. Packet instructions & information have been vetted by two local historians (myself & Captain Bryan Blalock) + the director of the Powder Magazine.
